Our accreditations

Fensa Approved Installer

FENSA: This is the longest established Competent Person Scheme that enables companies to self-certify compliance of Building Regulations meaning your home improvements often won’t need separate approval from your Local Authority. A FENSA certificate means that our products have undergone strict quality procedures and are inspected by FENSA to ensure that they don't breach the certified compliance standards.

GGF logo

GGF: The Glass and Glazing Federation are a trade association who set out to raise standards within the industry by ensuring best practice by glazing companies in the UK. It sets out health and safety and technical standards. The GGF also safeguards homeowners when they make a purchase through financial protection. The GGF accreditation is given to installers who cohere to a selection of practices including financial stability, employing trained professionals who adhere to the GGF standards and offer transferable warranties

Trustmark

TrustMark: TrustMark is a government endorsed scheme that checks tradespeople with an aim of raising industry standards. Only companies with good trading practices, customer service and technical competence are accredited by TrustMark. This provides our customers with increased confidence as it ensures that our products, installations and customer service have been carefully vetted to meet the required standards.

trading standards institute approved

CTSI: As a Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) approved company, this means that we have met the approval of The Consumer Codes Scheme's code of practices. The CTSI provides essential reassurance to customers that their rights are protected and supported.

TGAS

TGAS: The Glazing Arbitration Scheme (TGAS) is an independent scheme for the Glass and Glazing industry. The scheme involves GGF members who sell directly to consumers and FENSA registered companies. The TGAS provides an arbitrator with a balanced and neutral position for consumers and glazing traders. The main objectives of the scheme are to increase confidence for consumers and provide an impartial judgement for any disputes through a transparent manner.
